I stopped in to grab a few bottles, and the prices were kind of all over the place. Some seemed fair, but others felt a bit overpriced for what they were. The worst part was having to wait in the queue longer than expected, which made the whole visit a little more annoying than it needed to be

Shipping was really quick and the item was packed surprisingly well. Everything arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. I’m just not totally sure about the overall quality yet, but I’ll see how it holds up

I don’t think I’m being too picky, but most of the bottles I actually wanted were sold out every time I checked. I was ready to buy something, just couldn’t find much available that interested me

I’m not saying it’s a scam, but the wine didn’t taste quite right to me, and something about the label made me question if the bottle was legit. Could’ve just been my order, but it definitely put me off and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from benchmarkwine.com the wine was totally fine. No complaints there. The annoying part was trying to get a simple answer about shipping. I emailed customer service and then just sat around waiting like I was dealing with a bunch of inbox zombies.
To be fair, when they finally replied a couple days later, they were polite and actually helped. So I’m not saying the whole thing was a disaster, just slower than I expected, especially for what I paid. Overall, it was okay, not amazing, not awful, just kind of a meh experience
